Russell was born in Stockton and was a Truck driver for 43 years. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Thelma Vallery of Stockton, 5 Children, Russell Vallery III, Nedra Craham, Roger Vallery, Ellery Vallery, Debra Belle, one brother Joe Vallery, 11 Grand Children and 14 Great grand children. A mememorial will be held on May 21st, 2011 at 1pm at St. Pauls UMC on 2220 W. Alpine in Stockton.
