Obituary of Patricia Lee DeGarmo

Patricia "Pat" L. DeGarmo, our beloved mother and grandmother, passed from this life on September 27, 2011 at her residence in Galt. Pat was born in Chico, Calif. and had resided in Galt the last 20 years. She was a loving single mom who adored her children and grandchildren. She lived most of her life in this area and over the years helped her parents to build their cabin in the mountains. She was a Registered Nurse and worked 28 years in the OB unit at Methodist Hospital. Pat was very talented in many ways and loved to sew and make quilts which she made for many of her friends. She was a very giving person to all who knew her and she enjoyed attending her church "The Gathering Place" in Galt. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Kimberly Douglas, Joshua Weyant, grandchildren William and Wolfgang Douglas, Father, Max DeGarmo, sister Linda Cox and many friends at Methodist Hospital and her church. Memorial Services will be held Saturday at 12 PM at The Gathering Place 501 B Street Galt.
