Max Ronald "Ron" Hiltscher, 67, of Lodi, passed away March 5, 2012. He was born August 1, 1944 in Long Beach, California. Ron was a code enforcement officer for the City of Stockton, a building inspector and a fire prevention officer. He also was vice-president of Makati City, Philippines, Call Center. Ron was the beloved husband of Liza Hiltscher of Lodi, the loving father of Kyle Hiltscher of Lodi and the dear brother of Victoria Derksen. Memorial services held. Committal: San Carlos Memorial Park, General Santos City, Philippines. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Rocha's Mortuary, 215 S. School St, Lodi.
