Melvin Harold Blaylock age 83 of Lodi went home to be with the Lord on April 29, 2012. He was born May 27, 1928 in Sallisaw Oklahoma. Mr. Blaylock worked as a sales man for over 60 years. Melvin was preceeded in death by his wife Louise and a son Keith. He is survived by his sons, Dale Blaylock of Pioneer and Phillip Blaylock of Lodi and a daughter Sandra Dubois of Lodi, two grand daughters, Alyson Blaylock and Lindsey Kearns and three great grand children. Visitation Monday May 7th from 12:00 to 4 pm at Rocha's Mortuary 215 S. School Street and a graveside service on Tuesday at 9:30am at Lodi Memorial Cemetery 5750 E Pine Street, Lodi.
