Frank Pacheco was born in El Paso Texas and served in the Army in France during WWII. After the war he moved to Stockton and worked for 50 years as a foreman for road construction. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Catherine Pacheco, two sons Frank M. Pacheco and Patrick Pacheco, four grandchildren, Tracie, Bryan, Sarah Christopher and many great grand children. A memorial service will be held at Rocha's Mortuary Friday the 27th of July at 3:00 pm 215 South Schoold Street Lodi California
