Obituary of Rubie L. Speer

Rubie L. White Speer, age 82 passed away at home May 16, 2013. Rubie was born April 25, 1931 in MS. She married James Speer and was blessed with seven children. She moved to Manteca over 30 years ago and worked for Rolm as a hi-tech assembler. She was preceded in death by her husband James and two children Terry Speer and Kathy Speer, a brother Beau White and three sisters Estelle King, Kate McClain, and Louise Rayon. She is survived by her children Rhonda Langdon, Nancy Kimball, Judy Vargas, Phillip Speer, and Pat Ball, a brother Bill White and two sisters Lanette Iberra and Lucille Garcia and numerous grand children and great grand children. Graveside services will be held at Lodi Memorial Cemetery 5750 E Pine St Lodi CA on Wednesday May 22nd at 11:00. Many thanks to Hospice of San Joaquin.
