Betty Jean Anderson age 87 was born in Santa Cruz on May 23, 1926 to Sylvan and Maree Thrash. Betty was a home maker, she was a member of the Women of the Moose for over 25 years and a Girl Scout Leader. After raising her family she moved with her husband to Murphys. Betty is survived by her husband Andy, her three children Carol Jones-Giannini, Tim Anderson, and Alice Anderson. Five grand children and 4 great grand children. Services will be private memorials may be made to Charity of Choice
