Robert Earl Thayer age 66 of Lodi passed away on March 3, 2014. Robert was born in Alameda CA on October 30, 1947. He served in the Army during Korea and was a cabinet builder for over 40 years and a member of the local 550. Robert lived most of his life in Castro Valley and loved to tinker with cars. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Judy Thayer, six children, Tim Thayer, Christina Claas, Sheri Guffey, Rob Rodgers, Rick Rodgers and Amanda Guffey and one sister Beverly Yarborough, 16 grand children and 2 great grand children. Services are private. Rocha's All Faiths Cremation and Burial entrusted to the care of arrangements.
