Morris McCoy passed away on July 11, 2014 in Lodi at the age of 83. He was born in Gamaliel Kentucky on February 18, 1931. Morris is preceded in death by his parents Brent and Ruth McCoy, his brother J T McCoy (Irene McCoy) and his wife Elva "Nan" Watt McCoy the love of his life. He is survived by Marion Favia of Lodi his sister (Myron Beck) Danny McCoy of Warner OK (Joyce McCoy) his brother and his niece Debbie Irwin (Mike Irwin) of Lodi. Morris attended Stockton Baptist Church and was an active member of the Iron Workers Local Union #378, of which he retired from. He loved Football and the Oakland Raiders. He had many great friends and neighbors where he lived in Cherokee Mobile Home Park. We want to thank Judy, Tracy, Frank, Don and Steve "Brady" for their care and support. Also his longtime friend/helper Paul Ross. Morris loved caring for his little Chihuahua dog Dakota who was his constant companion. We also want to thank the staff at the Arbor Convalescent Hospital for all of their fabulous medical and personal care that Morris and his family received at the end of his life. There will be no Memorial Service at his request. Rememberances may be made to the donors favorite Charity. There will be a small family and friend service at his sister's request at her home.
