Obituary of David Haynes Livingston

David Haynes Livingston, 74 of Lodi, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday September 13, 2016. Dave was born to David and Vela Livingston in Los Angeles, CA on Jan 16, 1942. He was married to his wife Debbie on Dec 28, 1987. Dave and Debbie attended Faith Community Church in Lodi CA where he enjoyed greeting members and talking with his friends every Sunday morning. Dave was happiest when he was with his kids, grandchildren, and surrounded by family and friends. He enjoyed time during his Lake Tahoe summer vacations, boating on the Delta, and setting up his train display during Christmas. He worked for nearly 30 years in the oil industry before retiring in 1993. Dave is survived by his wife Debbie, brothers Stan, Rahn, and Paul Livingston, sister Joyce Burdick, his children Don Livingston and wife MaryAnn, Letha McWey and family, Sheila Kell and family, Josh Aschwanden and wife DeAnna, Cole Aschwanden and wife Rachel, grandchildren Kaylei Aschwanden, Libby Aschwanden, and Carter Aschwanden. He is preceded in death by his mother Vela Swanson, sister Barbara Livingston, son David Livingston, and grandson David Joseph Livingston. A celebration of life service will be held on Monday Oct 3, 2016 at 11am at Faith Community Church in Lodi CA located at 18621 Hwy 99, Acampo, CA. Lunch will follow immediately after
