1937-2017 Patricia Ann Mazna passed away April 1st 2017, Lodi, CA. She was born April 30th, 1937 in Longview, WA, the daughter of Ila May Miller Jacobsen & Arnold Edward Jacobsen. Patricia married Walter James Mazna November 25th, 1989 in Las Vegas, NV. She lived in Washington State for 73 years and moved to Lodi, CA 6 years ago. She worked as a LPN for 30+ years and enjoyed her time helping others. Survived by her children Cristy Kiehn, Puyallup, WA, Vicki Foley Carman, Las Vegas, NV, Jeff Carman, Graham, WA, Kimberly Minor, San Antonio, TX, Walter's children Robin Mazna and husband Andy DeCeunynck, Seattle, WA, Sharon Mazna, Marietta, GA, Matthew Mazna and wife Shari Mazna, Lodi, CA, grandchildren Zachary Anderson, Puyallup, WA, Tristen Carman, Kent, WA, Celia Carman, Seattle, WA, Kayla Mazna, Lodi, CA, Travis Mazna, Lodi, CA, Kaitlyn Minor, San Antonio, TX, Braden Mazna, Marietta, GA and brothers Wayne Jacobsen and wife Sylvia Jacobsen, Longview, WA and Ronald Jacobsen and wife Linda Jacobsen, Soldotna, AK. The Family would like to thank the staff of Ashley's Place in Lodi, Ca, for providing her such great care for 6 years. Also thanks to Animal Friends Connection Humane Society for their visits with companion animals. They brightened the day and Pat enjoyed the visits so much.
