John was a long time family friend. He would spend Christmas's at the cabin with my family, and became part of our family thru time. My children also enjoyed the conversations and time spent with him. I will always remember his humor, his smile and his freshly pressed shirts, (oh those shirts.) He was an awesome teacher and friend, and will be missed. My love and prayers to Bama and family.

Mr. Fletcher was one of my favorite teachers in high school. He was able to make government fun and inspired me to continue my interest in the subject. John was well respected at Lodi High. Many of us always wondered what happened to him. To his family and friends I am sorry for your loss. Rest in peace.
